Cookie Policy

Support Design AB uses so-called cookies on our website. A cookie is a text file that is sent from a website to your browser. The cookie is sometimes used to collect information that is considered personal data, such as IP address and information related to your device (operating system, browser, etc.). Support Design AB cannot identify you personally, but only the browser installed on your computer and which you use when visiting the website in question.

Some cookies are necessary for our website to work. These are cookies that separate users on the site during a visit or that keep track of the items you have placed in your shopping basket during your visit. Other cookies are only set if you have given your consent. These are cookies for analytics and marketing purposes. You can change your cookie settings here.

First-party & third-party cookies

Cookies are usually categorised based on their origin and on whether or not they are used for a long period of time. To begin with, cookies can either be sent to you from the website you are visiting (known as a first-party cookie) or from another organisation that provides services to the website in question, such as an analytics and statistics company (known as a third-party cookie).

Session & persistent cookies

Cookies can be further divided into session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie is sent to your computer to allow the web pages to function properly during your visit and is not stored on your computer but is deleted and disappears when you close your browser. Support Design AB uses both session cookies and persistent cookies on our website. Both types of cookies are mainly needed for the functionality of our services, to help us improve our delivery of products and services, to provide you with additional functionality or to help us target relevant and tailored advertisements to you.

Third party services on our website

We have implemented third-party services on our website for functional, analytical and marketing purposes.

Facebook pixel and Facebook Conversion Tracking
We use the Facebook pixel for remarketing purposes to be able to contact you again within 180 days. This allows us to show interest-based ads ("Facebook ads") to users of the website when they visit the social network "Facebook" or other websites that also use this tool. In this way, we drive interest to display ads that are of interest to you to make our website or offers more interesting to you.

We also use the Facebook Pixel to ensure that our Facebook ads match users' interest. Using the Facebook pixel, we can track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing if users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion").

Your browser will automatically create a direct connection to the Facebook server once you have consented to the use of cookies from facebook. Through the integration of the Facebook pixel, Facebook receives information that you have visited our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can link the visit to your account.

The processing of this data by Facebook takes place within the framework of Facebook's data policy. Specific information and details about the Facebook Pixel and its functionality can also be found in the Facebook help area.
