The upholstery should be cleaned regularly to prevent dirt and bacteria buildup. Stains such as oil, grease, ink, or dirt must be removed immediately using mild soap or special cleaning agents for synthetic fabrics, preferably with a damp sponge or microfiber cloth. Most disinfectants used in healthcare settings are also suitable, provided they are diluted according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Never use varnish, abrasives, solvents, hand sanitizers, chlorine, wax polish, strong cleaning agents, xylene-based solutions, or acetone, as these can cause immediate and permanent stains.
