Cookies

Support Design AB uses so-called cookies on our website. A cookie is a text file sent from a website to your browser. The cookie is sometimes used to collect information that is considered personal data, such as ip address and information associated with the IP address, but no personal data that can be directly attributed to you as a person. Support Design AB cannot therefore identify you personally but only the browser installed on your computer that you use when visiting the current website. Cookies are used by most websites and are often a prerequisite for a website to work.

First-party & third-party cookies
Cookies are usually categorized partly based on their origin, and partly based on whether they are stored in your browser or not. For starters, cookies can either be sent to you from the website you visit (so-called first-party cookie) or from another organization that delivers services to the website in question, such as an analytics and statistics company (so-called third-party cookie).

Session cookies & durable cookies
Furthermore, cookies can be divided into session cookies and durable cookies. A session cookie is sent to your computer for the web pages to function properly during your visit and is not stored on your computer but deleted and disappears when you close your browser. For example, the function of a session cookie is that it is activated when you return to a previously visited part of the website, thus facilitating your navigation on the website to, for example, keep track of which language you have chosen. However, a durable cookie is stored in your browser and thus allows a website to recognize your computer's IP address even if you turn off your computer or log off between visits. Cookies allow your browser to remember your registration next time.
Support Design AB uses both session cookies and durable cookies on our website. Both types of cookies are mainly needed for the functionality of our services, to help us improve our delivery of products and services, provide you with extra functionality or to help us target relevant and personalised ads to you. Support Design AB further uses third-party cookies from Google Analytics in order to improve your experience of the visit.

Change your cookie settings
Most browsers have a default setting that accepts the use of cookies. You can easily refrain from allowing the Support Design B website to store cookies on your computer by setting up your browser, including blocking cookies or deleting the cookies stored on your computer. Please note that if you choose not to allow cookies, certain functionalities of our websites may cease to function safely and correctly and some services may not be provided. How to delete or change the cookie settings is set in the instructions to your browser or in the help function normally available in your browser.
