PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each item is indicated by price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including VAT. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method. Shipping terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen shipping method.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL- OPEN PURCHASE
Your right of withdrawal, open purchase, is valid for 30 days.  The withdrawal period starts to run on the day you received the goods. If the agreement concerns a custom-made product, or a product that has a clear personal touch through, for example, its own clothing, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You can try the chair in a careful manner. Feel free to use a mat or other protection against the floor when testing the chair so that the wheels are not damaged. If the chair is damaged because you are careless, you lose the right of withdrawal.

Supplies
We manufacture our chairs by hand to order. The delivery time is 2-3 weeks. If an item has an abnormal delivery time, it is stated at each item.

UNRESOLVED PACKAGES
If your package is not picked up on time, you will be charged SEK 285 to cover our handling costs.

COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS
We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or misexposed when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the defect free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH A COMPLAINT
Any errors and defects should always be reported to support@supportdesign.se where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.

If we fail to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We are responsible for return shipping in case of approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it is found that the product is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

RETURNS
We always offer 30 days of open purchase when ordering online. Try it out at home in peace and quiet. If the chair does not meet your expectations, it can easily be returned free of charge.

Always save the existing packaging and pack the chair as it arrived.
Contact us on 0565-122 80 or via support[at]supportdesign.se and we will send you a return form. You can choose whether you want to hand in the package to a PostNord agent or book a pick-up.
Return shipping is free of charge and is booked via PostNord on 0771-33 33 10.
NOTE! Remember to put on the attached return note that you received from us, otherwise we cannot cover the shipping costs.

REPAYMENT OBLIGATION
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall pay back what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days of the date on which we received the goods.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We accept no liability for any indirect damage that may occur as a result of the product.

We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company's current (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labour conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

Product
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. We always try the best way to expose the products as accurately as possible.
